Fantastic and warp-speed service! Hal SAVED our family computer after it was locked out despite inputting the correct password. Important documents and family photos were saved as he was able to reset and overhaul its operating system and give our computer a new, fresh breath of life. A clean slate without the unnecessary mountain of pre-installed programs that slowed us down. Our computer is running faster than ever, even quicker than when we first bought it from the store! I had issues with my desktop starting up, and when it came down to it Hal was a great help. I left him a message on his phone and surprisingly he got back to me only 40 minutes later, and explained everything I needed to do and get to fix it. Then once I got the part I needed I simply dropped it off and my computer was like brand new. Hal's Hacker Shack far and exceeded any of our expectations.  The speed, service, and absolute positive end result was amazing!  Light years ahead of any computer store, technician, and/or service company in the area!!!  Our machine came back cleaned, upgraded, and orders of magnitude faster than it operated when it was new when we bought it...  Only positive results here...
